Business Imperatives

  • The client had multiple submissions planned and sought support for artwork creation, proofreading, graphic design, and local Regulatory support.
  • Following a product recall, the client specifically requested proofreading services.
  • Consequently, the client approached Freyr to leverage its artwork capabilities and began with a single artwork to assess Freyr's quality.

Objectives

The objective was to deliver artwork services, including proofreading, creation, graphic designing, and local Regulatory support, for multiple products used as antibiotics in Europe and ROW, ensuring compliance and optimization for therapeutic needs.

Problem Statement

  • As the client collaborated with CMOs, numerous submissions were lined up, requiring artwork support and there was a dependency on external stakeholders for print proofs.
  • The client’s Croatia unit did not have any in-house artwork expertise and only had one outsourced graphic designer who could not handle the large volumes of upcoming submissions.
  • Since the client caters to various customers, they worked in collaboration with other RA teams; and considering the upcoming submissions for the European and RoW market, they raised concerns regarding the lack of local Regulatory expertise in artwork mockup review, etc.
