Lithuania notifies recall of (Q11 DE-iCER -30°C sena) Car windscreen washing fluid

Car windscreen washing fluid which packed in transparent plastic bottle-shaped package with a nozzle originating from Poland is recalled as the product contains an excessive amount of methanol (measured value: 13 %). Methanol is acutely toxic to the central nervous system and the eye. Ingestion or contact with methanol leads to blindness and death. This product does not comply with the REACH Regulation. Public Authority has ordered the retailers to Withdraw the product from the market.
