Partial Revision for the South Korea Enforcement Regulations of the Cosmetics Act

On July 09, 2024, the South Korea government partially revised "Enforcement Regulations of the Cosmetics Act". This revision emphasize corrections of Article 8, Article 10, Article 13, Article 15, Artcle 18, Article 19 and respective Schedules 5&7. This revision aims to improve the current system for small-volume cosmetics by requiring all cosmetics to be displayed, addressing deficiencies in the current system, and ensuring consumers pay special attention when using them.
