Maria has over twenty (20) years of professional experience in product development, innovation, project management, and technical ingredient sales for food/beverage CPG products. She is a graduate in Food Nutrition Science from Dominican University , Chicagoland, USA. Maria was a food scientist project manager at Food Marketing Support Services Inc. for ten (10) years, working with top Fortune 500 companies. She was also an R&D consultant for several USA/EU food companies, including PepsiCo, Good Foods Group LLC, and Vegetable Juices. Inc.
Kristen Laudicina is the Client Partner, handling the Strategic Accounts for Freyr’s Cosmetics Center of Excellence (CoE). She oversees the North and South American Regions and supports Freyr’s Cosmetics CoE team. Kristen has 15+ years of experience within the cosmetic industry through Commercial Manufacturing and understands the client’s needs from both a Sponsor and Service Provider perspective.
