The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting the final rules in the Federal Register for the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry (SOCMI) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the SOCMI and Group I & II Polymers and Resins Industry. The action corrects instructions for Office of Federal Register editors to codify amendments and lifts the stay of provisions granted on 2 June 2008. The corrections do not alter the content or text of any regulatory requirement. The notification was published on 10 July 2024 and the regulation comes into force within this month.
