Establishment of Labelling Information for Preventing Environmental Pollution from NPE and Related Chemical Substances

"Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry of the Environment of Japan implemented the Act on the Regulation of Manufacture and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (Act on the Regulation of Manufacture and Evaluation of Chemical Substances) establishes labelling information for measures to prevent environmental pollution attributed to class II specified chemical substances. This includes stating the type of NPE used in the product, its concentration, precautions, and the person or company providing the labelling information. The notification was published on July 17, 2024 and is open for receiving public opinion till September 16, 2024."
