Poonam has 18+ years of demonstrated history of working in the services industry and information technology for Life Sciences. She has successfully led business solutions in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical data management, Manufacturing, and Regulatory affairs for many of the Top-50 Life Sciences companies. Before joining Freyr, Poonam had a remarkable stint with Tata Consultancy Services for 13 years and was instrumental in growing their Life Sciences business vertical, holding various key positions such as AGM and AVP. In addition, she comes with a balanced exposure to service delivery, client relationships, business transformation, business process improvement, and Advanced Knowledge / Business Process Outsourcing (KPO / BPO).
