The purpose of Thrive is to bring health and horticulture closer together so that more and more people achieve positive outcomes through Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH). Their impact is directed toward improving health and wellbeing, reducing isolation and loneliness, increasing a sense of occupation and enjoyment, making people’s lives more satisfying; in doing so, they contribute positively to health and social care services.
