- As part of this merger and acquisition activity, the client required a partner capable of swiftly facilitating the MAH transfer process for all artwork, alongside addressing other Regulatory changes.
- The client sought assistance to expedite the MAH transfer activity and manage Regulatory adjustments efficiently.
Objectives
The aim was to ensure a smooth transfer of Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) responsibilities across more than forty countries. This involved products in various areas including acute, nutritional, renal, hospital, and surgical care.
Problem Statement
- The changes in artwork for over one thousand (1000) + artworks had to be completed within a restricted timeframe due to the M&A activity.
- The project covered over forty (40) countries, each with different languages from regions including Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.
- Source files were exclusively available in PDF format.
- The client expected to process twenty (20) artwork transfers per day.
- The entire artwork transfer project was expected to be completed within four (04) to five (05) months.
